“After some soul searching during a particularly tough season in our business, we had to face what was holding us back and understand what it would take to generate consistency of performance, results, and success, without draining the life out of us. We dove into every aspect of our business and what we came to realise was, it didn't matter how strong our desire, if we didn't have the right people, culture, systems and processes in place, we were always going to struggle.”

While continuing as a builder until 2022, despite the accolades and achievements of their building company, Dan sensed a deeper calling - a shift from building homes to building people.
